Monster Hunter World: Iceborne PS4 Beta Release Date
Capcom has announced schedule of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Beta for PlayStation Plus members on June 21.
Back in December 2018, developer/publisher Capcom officially announced an expansion titled Iceborne for their action role-playing game Monster Hunter: World, which was scheduled to launch on 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
In May 2019, a gameplay reveal trailer was dropped during State of Play broadcast stream of PlayStation with an official console release date set for September 6, 2019 and players on PS4 can jump on board for an exclusive beta on June 21.

For upcoming massive expansion Iceborne, there will be two part beta test and one of them is exclusive to all PlayStation Plus subscribers. Members of PS Plus can join early from June 21, 3 AM PT/6 PM ET to June 24, Monday on same time.
Then any and every owners of PS4 get to join in for second beta from June 28, 3 AM PT/6 PM ET to July 1, 2019. Capcom also made it so that players who do not even own a copy of MHW can still take part in beta program of Iceborne content update.

You are allowed access to three quests during beta test; one is Great Jagras hunt from original Monster Hunter: World game, then a face-off against horned wyvern Banbaro and lastly, on a hunt for second generation monster Tigrex.
Players will be given 14 weapons and tools to assist them in hunt and complete these quests. Early preloads will be available only days before each beta period starts and since you need not a purchase of MHW; you can save some time with that.

Apparently, they are going so big with Iceborne that one may almost consider it as a new game and given how fans have received the main title with their arms extended, they would likely to make the snow-filled expansion a success as well.
Monster Hunter: World has become one of the best-selling games from Capcom by selling over 12 million copies so far. Iceborne is priced $39.99 only as a stand-alone DLC and you can also purchase a bundle worth $59.99 that comes with the main game.
