Cyberpunk 2077 Will Have Full Nudity
Because it is reflecting of their theme, Cyberpunk 2077 will not have nudity censorship as it defines the genre of the game.
Long since the release of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, developer/publisher CD Projekt Red has been busy with their upcoming role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077, which was announced back in May 2012, then dropped a teaser trailer next year and at E3 2018.
The studio has finally revealed another new trailer with a release date yet to be announced for all. They have displayed over a 50 minutes long gameplay demo to the audience present to show them various features of the game and to make a statement about this project.

Obviously, the demo was quite impressive and reminded the people present there of their capability as a studio. However, at a certain point of that presentation, there were some giggles within the gathering crowd for a very specific reason.
The game has a character creation system where you can customize face, hairstyles and even sex, which have both male and female figures on a blue mock-up background. Although the models were completely nude, their genital parts were pixelated with noise.

Maybe some members from the spectators giggled because they were either shocked by nudity or uncomfortable with the subject. Some of them perhaps wondered why censoring the human form in a video game but game director Adam Badowski thought it was very necessary.
For the E3 presentation, they decided to censor overall nudity as a tactical move by the Polish developer team. CD Projekt Red didn't want people to think that they have used nudity in video games for some sort of shock value.

When the full game will be released, there will not be any pixelated area or digital noise over the bodies but for the E3 conference, they simply wanted the international press over there not making a huge deal about male or female sexuality.
Also, they wanted to keep the public reaction to a giggle and not bursting into laughter. Badowski believes, nakedness is normal and makes it all believable, which is why they included it. It's not something special and there is no other reason for them to go with it.

One of the most important themes for the game Cyberpunk 2077 is transhumanism and their inclusion of full nudity in it actually supports the belief. It is the idea that humanity can rise above their mental and physical state with technological enhancements.
The entire game is about to let the players experience how that feeling is and bareness is just part of a puzzle piece that makes it whole along with many other aspects. Showing body parts are necessary because they play a big role in the setting.

In the futuristic Night City, everyone wants or needs augmented parts for their body and meat or not, body parts are shown for that reason. Some of them are so much augmented that there is a little of humanity left in them or maybe none.
So, people do not need to feel awkward about that as it is the nature of the genre. CD Projekt Red still hasn't announced a release date for Cyberpunk 2077 which will be available to play on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The obsession with making nudity and sexuality a taboo in US / Catholiban culture was always messed-up to sane people. Like making food and eating a taboo. … Like… wat. … You wanna make the things that literally are the most essential to human life and survival “evil crimes”?? … But of course it makes “sense”, if you know that that taboo was invented by the biggest and oldest organizations for child rape and group schizophrenia: Abrahamic churches. … Of course they think it must be evil and bad, when all they associate with it is them and their fellows raping children.
And since they dominate certain cultures…
The sane rest of us it only shows how deep in the dark ages we still are…
And given pathogenic explosive exponential growth of this species, I don’t think it will make it out before it extincted literally ALL the things.
