Celeste Free on Epic Games Store Now
Epic Games Store is giving away PC version of Celeste for free on sixth day of 12 days of free games giveaway.
In an attempt to bid farewell to this year and celebrate recent Holiday Sale on Epic Games Store, a 12 days of free games program was announced by Epic Games earlier for gamers to receive a freebie giveaway title each day until yearend.
Epic Store already teased that 2018 platform game Celeste from developer/publisher Matt Makes Games will be on free games lineup for PC platform today for 24 hours by posting a mysterious image of a mountain yesterday.

The game centers around a young girl named Madeline, who embarks a journey to climb through titular Celeste Mountain against all warnings of an old lady only to face her dark reflection to come across and haunt her.
Though controls are very easy to adapt to, it always takes players to pull accurate moves to go through certain spaces. There is an overarching narrative of fighting with personal anxiety and depression that can be relatable to many players.

There are eight chapters in total to explore, each of them having a harder version known as "B-Side". Epic Store has already offered Celeste earlier in August 2019 and this is a great opportunity for those who somehow missed it the first time.
As usual, EGS has not revealed name for what game they will offer tomorrow but provided a single image of a cross-marked shield, which most likely is suggestive of minimalistic micro strategy game Kingdom: New Lands.
