The trailer opens up with Shang Tsung going up against his rival Kung Lao, Liu Kang and Elder God Raiden. He charges at them with skull-shaped projectiles and other attacks aside from shape-shifts into Ermac, Rain, Reptile and Smoke during his fight.
When delivering his Fatal Blow, the cunning sorcerer uses combined moves of Sub-Zero, Scorpion and Noob Saibot to defeat Raiden. Then he summons Kintaro out of his opponent's body to finish it with Fatality and claim his soul!

Shang Tsung was announced to be added in Kombat Pack as its first DLC character for back in March, even before the launch of MK11. Also joining him are recurring characters Nightwolf, Sindel and Todd McFarlane's comic-book character Spawn.
Two more playable fighters remains undisclosed yet and are about to join very soon. However, spattering blood on text from a chainsaw as well as ending sound hints at Ash from Evil Dead series and Terminator being those additional guest characters.

Although actor Bruce Campbell has previously ruled out any possibility of Ash appearing in MK11 on Twitter, fans have found evidence for this cult horror protagonist to appear alongside Terminator and The Joker through datamining in-game files.
Those who already own Mortal Kombat 11 Premium Edition will get one-week early access to contents of Kombat Pack or you can simply buy it for $39.99 only. It will also be featuring 7 exclusive character skins and gear sets for customization.
