Sniper Elite series protagonist Karl Fairburne returns with three more survivors at his side and they are shown to be fortifying their position. An explosion nearby shows a massive undead horde is heading this way and a battle rages on.
One of them were wielding a flamethrower until Karl blew it up and handing it over to his fellow fighters to make use of. When a small pack tries to flank him, one got electrocuted before blowing up and others got a few shots to their heads.

Together, four of them gather outside to form a last stand against a wave of dead militia. Apparently, Zombie Hitler has somehow managed to return from the depths of hell and now he is leading an army of dead once again.
Aside from Fairburne himself, other three new members are probably newest recruit of Survivor Brigade. Clue from trailer also suggests that players would be using a variety of weapons other than sniper rifles and X-Ray Kill Cam returns as well.
