Samurai Shodown 2019 Free DLC Character Shizumaru Out Now

Shizumaru Hisame joins battle today in sword-based fighting game Samurai Shodown 2019 as free DLC character.

Already out for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, sword-based fighting game Samurai Shodown (2019) from developer/publisher SNK Corporation is waiting to arrive later on Google Stadia, Nintendo Switch and PC platforms.

Earlier, SNK announced to feature a new character to SamSho 2019 every month and will continue till February 2020. Today, newest blade-wielding warrior Shizumaru Hisame will be joining as free DLC character for all players.

Kid prodigy Shizumaru Hisame is cutting into action today to take stage for the month and make rain of blood.

Debuted in Samurai Shodown III, this amnesiac lad has been a troubled youth looking for answers about who he really is. He has a unique fighting style that is a blend of skillful wielding his umbrella and a short sword.

Despite his innocent look, this young fellow possesses a murderous rage within him that he always fights to keep in check. In any fight, his opponent is moments away from getting wrecked soon as his demonic side takes over.

His ability of softly floating down in-air is a great way to confuse opponents with their timing and keep them open for an attack. Not only does he look up to Haohmaru, Hisame has an uppercut move akin to his Kougetstuzan.
