Disney's Aladdin and The Lion King officially getting remastered into Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King.
We are in an era where our beloved animated Disney films are now being adapted into live-action blockbusters featuring big-name Hollywood celebrities but they can hardly give us the same nostalgic feeling we crave so much.
Therefore, two legendary 90's platformer title from 16-bit supported video game consoles; Disney's Aladdin and The Lion King are being bundled together as Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King for modern day gaming platforms.

In an attempt to relive the magic of Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo consoles, developer Digital Eclipse and publisher Nighthawk Interactive teamed up to bring back these retro classics for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Both Disney's Aladdin and The Lion King will feature their respective Game Boy, SEGA Genesis and Super Game Boy version within the package with the latter also having a Super Nintendo version included to its game list.

Similarly, NES port for Lion King is getting cut out from the upcoming compilation even though both of these excluded versions are arguably one of their most popular releases and we believe this is solely because of some legal issues.
According to official press release, they are adding a "Final Cut" version for Disney's Aladdin and a Trade Show Demo version that has never been released for public since 1993 but sadly, no report for a SNES version is mentioned.

Not only you can enjoy these retro masterpieces in 1080p resolution enhancements, there are some newly added amazing features like Watch Mode to skip certain playthroughs or using Rewind to go back few steps to course correct.
Aside from updated graphics and customizable controls, an art gallery full of behind-the-scenes assets as bonus content. Nighthawk Interactive has put enough effort to compile these fan-favorite gems into one that offers replay value.

All major console versions are confirmed to get physical release but PC port is getting a Steam launch only. There were DRM-free versions of these two Disney classics for PC platform available at GOG.com but were removed earlier in 2019.
