Just like always, the September update features two brand-new maps to venture out from September 12. One of them is Mercy, the hometown of Dominic Santiago’s wife, Maria. Mercy is a classic fighting ground that players who played Gears of War 3 are very familiar with and its return was much anticipated. Whether it is close-quarters pew battles inside the church or the fight to rule the high ground, you will find the experience recognizable.

Then there is the second map called Harbor Haze! Now this one is set in day-time with dynamic mist mechanism. Meaning, it can appear when you least expect it. What significance it has for players? Well, the mist actually reduces your visibility and thus, lets you perform surprise attacks on your enemies. For those who already own the Season Pass, the two maps are already at their disposal and a 20% Bonus Credits for them.
