Only over a minute long, the trailer shifts first-person perspective of announcement footage to a third-person view where former S.T.A.R.S. officer Jill Valentine is shown to have been struggling to get out of her pursuer's way.
She made it out of a flaming apartment and their confrontation hits streets of the city where Nemesis hurls her onto a car using his tentacles but help comes her way soon in form of a surviving U.B.C.S. member Carlos Oliveira.

He and his fellow mercenary Tyrell Patrick is seen to head for Raccoon City Police Department, before or after Leon S. Kennedy made his rounds. Jill later meets with rest of his friends like Mikhail Victor and others inside a cable car.

Though Nemesis is designed using model of Mr. X, he is much more strong and intelligent due to an improved AI used by Capcom. In past, he only used to carry a rocket launcher but now he has a huge flamethrower mounted on his back.
His persuade of Jill is more intense than it was in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis since most of his interaction is not scripted. There will be more fateful encounters with this monstrosity and he is well equipped to do much more damage than before.

This cat-and-mouse game eventually comes to an end when her chaser comes in front of her car and they both crash. Future trailer launching ahead of RE3 release would likely to feature further mutation of this enraged beast.
Players will have to wait only a few months until they can get their hands on Resident Evil 3 Remake on all major platforms and step into a reimagined Raccoon City for an exciting journey of survival amidst an iconic outbreak from 1999.
