Master Chief Collection Coming to PC, Adds Halo: Reach
Xbox One compilation of Halo: The Master Chief Collection will add Halo: Reach and will launch on PC later this year.
Before they became well-known for popular multiplayer shooter franchise Destiny, developer Bungie Studios had a history with Halo series of military science fiction shooter that is currently helmed by 343 Industries, subsidiary of Xbox Game Studios.
Halo: Reach is a prequel to Halo: Combat Evolved, developed back in 2010 and going to be added to Halo: The Master Chief Collection definitive series compilation. Both of these titles are coming to PC, confirmed in a recent episode of Inside Xbox.

MCC will be made available on Microsoft Store and Steam in its entirety but a release date is yet to be revealed. With that, two of the most frequently made request from Halo community is finally getting fulfilled and fans are having what they wanted all along.
To ensure a flawless experience on PC, 343 Industries is looking to deliver every little aspects and features of the original collection. Therefore, each title will see launch one by one only after their team of developers deems it to be ready.

Master Chief's story will start arriving on the new platform with Halo: Reach that marks the beginnings of his journey. Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST and Halo 4 will follow a chronological order of release afterwards.
Rather than having players to wait for a few years while they thoroughly work on each title until it is finally ready to drop, fans can now jump into action right away whenever a game is complete and joins the rest of the bundle.

Not only player community has been asking to bring MCC on PC, adding Reach to the fray was also one of their second most asked demands. Aside from granting those two requests, 343 Industries is looking forward to work on fan feedbacks as well.
Working side by side with Splash Damage and Ruffian, 343 development team is dedicating their efforts to deliver a true experience of Master Chief Collection in 4K resolution and HDR graphics on a constant 60FPS frame rate.

Everyone who already owns the collection will receive multiplayer content of Reach including Forge and the Theater on Xbox One but Campaign and Firefight mode will come to all as a premium digital add-on.
Active subscribers of Xbox Game Pass are automatically getting access to Halo: Reach as well as MCC in their monthly subscription deal. Players on PC can have the same great experiences by purchasing the title on Microsoft Store and Steam upon release.
