Fighting game ACA NeoGeo Samurai Shodown V Special from Hamster Corporation is now available on Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One.
In spirit of upcoming Samurai Shodown series reboot, publisher Hamster Corporation is launching weapon-based fighting game ACA NeoGeo Samurai Shodown V Special for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One today.
Originally debuted on arcades back in April 2004, SSV Special is an upgraded version of its predecessor and ninth game of the series. ACA NeoGeo attempts to deliver all relatable gameplay elements and bring back that experience once again.

Entire 28 fan-favorite noble warriors are returning to their fighting spirits and compete in duels to death. Concentration One Gauge, Fatal Flash and Rage Explosion mode are back as well as Overkill Move for finishing an opponent instantly.
Armed with skills and weapons to match, boss characters Gaoh Kyougoku Hinowanokami, Mizuki Rashojin, Shiro Tokisada Amakusa and Zankuro Minazuki are ready to clash with these returning characters decades later on modern consoles.

ACA NeoGeo titles tend to remain faithful to original iteration of each game and this masterpiece of fighting games deserved no less. This one is developed based off MVS arcade version of the game and not adapted from home editions.
