Metropolis has turned into a post-apocalyptic dystopia following an alien invasion by Brainiac in an attempt to terra-form Earth. In a fight against DC Super Heroes, he took control over most of the Justice League members and all populace.

To stop these mind-controlled rampaging heroes, A.R.G.U.S. director Amanda Waller assembles a group of four villains including Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Harley Quinn and King Shark to form her own response team to stop Brainiac.
In true loot shooter fashion, each squad member has their unique abilities, moves and traversal to scour through an open-world Metropolis. Fight enemies to improve your melee combat skills and upgrade weapon classes to perk up build.

Together as Suicide Squad, you will go up against these larger-than-life heroes to make sure the lethal explosives in your head don't go off. You can join a co-operative multiplayer mode or play solo along with AI-controlled squad members.
Waller sends her ultimate band of misfits to Metropolis for weapons or technology to eradicate the brainwashed Justice League heroes. She also forcibly recruits other villains like Gizmo, Hack, Penguin, Poison Ivy and Toyman to her cause.

Widely known for their critically-acclaimed Batman: Arkham series, Rocksteady Studios is taking a new direction with new Suicide Squad game, featuring an original narrative with a major twist on popular DC super heroes of Arkham-verse.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League plans to release new characters, missions and weapons in post-launch content. Rocksteady will include an alternate reality version of The Joker as a squad member along with various other DC baddies.
