Capcom announces pre-order details and an official release date for Street Fighter 6 at TGA 2022, releasing on June 2023.
Street Fighter 6 Release Date |
Successfully hosting a closed beta preview in October, upcoming fighting game Street Fighter 6 from developer/publisher Capcom is planning to arrange a second private test for all players on PC via Steam, PlayStation and Xbox very shortly.
Ahead of an expected appearance at The Game Awards 2022 event, a PlayStation Store leak has seemingly revealed some launch details. Capcom eventually confirms a June 2, 2023 set release date and even showcased four new characters.
Newly revealed artwork for Street Fighter 6 features Luke Sullivan, originally introduced as final character for last Season Pass in Street Fighter V: Champion Edition, effectively replacing Ryu as the face of fan-favorite Street Fighter franchise.
Capcom reveals more information regarding World Tour mode, which will take you to variety of different locations worldwide, from France to an arena in Italy or to a beach in Jamaica, moving to places and learn Special Moves from Masters.
You can perform these moves or mix and match Special Moves learned from different Masters, which means you can throw out a Hadoken followed by a Sonic Boom, or perform Spinning Bird Kick and roll out Yoga Flame in the same match.
Players can use Master Assist to call a Master like Ryu to help mid-battle and also try out lots of mini-games to get in-game currency. SF6 brings back Super Street Fighter II legend Dee Jay with three newcomer fighters JP, Manon and Marisa.
