For a over a year now, PlayStation Plus lineup of monthly free games are getting leaked ahead of their official announcement by Sony Interactive Entertainment and has become a repeating trend for being very precise almost every time.
According to sources at French community website named Dealabs, PS Plus Essential members will get their hands on Axiom Verge 2, Fallout 76 and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order to download or play on PlayStation 4 and 5 in January 2023.
Dealabs user billbil-kun is a frequent leaker of PS Plus monthly lineup and typically unveils new slate of games just a day ahead of Sony. However, freebies for January 2023 are revealed a bit early for people to reconsider PS Plus renewal.
Sony is currently offering up to 50% off to new or returning PlayStation Plus subscribers for 12-month membership on Holiday Sale. However, this offer is valid for a very limited time and will not be applicable for already existing members.
Meanwhile, members can still access ongoing freebies Biomutant, Divine Knockout: Founder's Edition and Mass Effect: Legendary Edition on PS4 and PS5 consoles, or add them to library for a chance to play long after Sony delisting them.
PlayStation Plus free games for members of Essential tier will become available from January 3 and remains until February 7, 2023. Regardless of Dealabs having a great track record for such leaks, people should take it with a grain of salt.
