Weeks after teasing on social media, a remake of 2012 hack-and-slash game Lollipop Chainsaw was announced by newly formed developer Dragami Games after celebrating 10th anniversary of release on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Never been re-released for previous console generation, Lollipop Chainsaw Remake will launch for PC and new consoles later this year. Although not much has been shared so far, a first-look at Juliet Starling has been revealed lately.
In a recently posted New Year's message on social media, Dragami Games shared a new look at protagonist Juliet. Looks like almost nothing has changed at all when it comes to her outfits and physique in a fresh-new concept artwork.
Other than keeping her boob size and skimpy costume as they were, Dragami Games slightly lit up her skin tone to look more white. Her lips and nose seems slightly thinner than they used to be and no other key-changes were there.
A side-by-side comparison for 2012 and 2023 versions of Juliet Starling was shared by Twitter user Jean WsR.

Dragami dev team previously confirmed adopting a more realistic approach for visuals with the power of next-gen consoles. Almost no changes were made to her appearance but official final look for Juliet Starling was not shown yet.
Lollipop Chainsaw Remake won't be including its 16 original soundtracks due to licensing issues but will include new songs. Moreover, 2012 creative team of game designer Suda51 and writer James Gunn won't be involved in remake.
