Gotham Knights Villains Revealed |
Being delayed a few times before confirming a definitive launch window, upcoming action role- playing game Gotham Knights by developer WB Games Montréal and publisher Warner Bros. is finally releasing earlier than originally expected.
Gotham Knights makes a showcase of its rogues' gallery at Gamescom 2022 Opening Night Live event today by revealing a brand-new trailer. Also, WB Montréal moved up their previously set release date by four days, on October 21, 2022.
Gotham Knights highlights villains like Clayface, Harley Quinn and Mr. Freeze in recent trailer at Gamescom 2022.
Gamescom 2022 trailer for Gotham Knights opens up with detective Renee Montoya reflecting on current events and decides to ally herself with Bat-Family members in order to save Gotham City from villainous organization Court of Owls.
Mr. Freeze already made his first appearance in an early video fighting Batgirl and you can see a glimpse of Professor Pyg. Then there is super-villain Clayface wrecking havoc around Gotham as he faces Red Hood and Robin on two occasions.
Although there was no direct mention of The Joker throughout entire video, a guy in purple suit can be seen attending Court of Owls' party. It could either be an imitator or the Clown Prince of Crime himself but there is no sure way to know.
Earlier last month, a gameplay footage featuring Batgirl has vaguely hinted at Harley Quinn but it was never officially confirmed. Latest trailer reveals The Joker's former girlfriend to be active in Gotham, causing all sorts of mayhem she can.
Harley has seemingly been reformed as a crime-boss and formed her own gang with an army of jesters rampaging through city streets. Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood and Robin joins together to take the fight to these villains and restore order.
Gotham Knights recently unveiled an opening mission gameplay sequence after showing a two player co-op demo. WB Montréal scrapped plans for last-gen console versions earlier to deliver people best possible experience on current-gen.
