Selling over 20 million copies worldwide, 2018 action role-playing game Monster Hunter: World by developer/publisher Capcom was succeeded by its 2022 follow-up Monster Hunter Rise and shipped more than 10 million copies till date.
A few years ago, Capcom suffered a data breach via a ransomware attack and a leaked listing of upcoming games including Monster Hunter 6. Apparently, next Monster Hunter game has been leaked on social messaging platform Discord.
Twitter user @neonaga99 shares latest findings on Discord's backend while datamining using its developer-mode build and was able to activate some placeholder events that are scheduled for later this year for "Monster Hunter Paradise".
Although majority of these events were empty, one was inviting people to claim a code for "MH Paradise". This leak seemingly confirms the next game in Monster Hunter franchise ahead of an official announcement by Capcom very soon.
It also hints at confirmed platforms by offering players a PC, PlayStation or Xbox code when you try to redeem one. However, there are no clues to clarify whether these codes are offered for a Beta access, extra content or something else.
Monster Hunter Paradise could be next mainline game and is expected to be announced shortly when it was revealed by major 2020 leak. Capcom may not release a Nintendo Switch version of MH Paradise due to its hardware constriction.
