Halo Infinite Campaign Network Co-Op Flight Preview Revealed |
Launched without campaign co-op and Forge mode, 2021 first-person shooter Halo Infinite by developer 343 Industries and publisher Xbox Game Studios is finally receiving its long-awaited features after long, during ongoing Season 2.
A beta preview for long-awaited campaign co-op mode was confirmed by 343 Industries earlier this month. Halo Infinite dev team recently showcased a flight preview of co-op beta as well as mission replay feature in an hour-long video.

Although scheduled to go live this week already, 343 Industries is still working to fix a couple of issues they discovered in current flight ring. Network co-op build is expected to go live later this week as they are going through certification.
Players who want to join co-op test flights are required to sign up for Halo Insider program and start a new playthrough. Every member of a Fireteam will carry over progress to their very own single-player campaign during preview flight.
343 dev team is targeting a late August 2022 window for a full release of campaign co-op mode but it could move a bit. Halo series veteran Paul Bertone has recently joined studio as technical design director, who worked on legacy titles.
Halo Infinite released its free-to-play multiplayer mode last November ahead of story campaign launch in late 2021. It went through a lengthy development cycle and an unfortunate delay due to COVID-19 pandemic before its full release.
