Shortly after Steam listing for Assassin's Creed Liberation HD read "Please note this title will not be accessible following September 1st, 2022", fans were upset with how anti-consumer it is but Ubisoft clarifies that owners can still access it.
Assassin's Creed III: Liberation HD is no longer available for purchase on Steam and will lose any online functionality soon. However, Ubisoft confirms that players who own it can play its single- player and other offline components anyway.
In a newly updated Steam listing, Ubisoft made changes to their notice for Assassin's Creed III: Liberation HD.
