Capcom has yet to reveal visual enhancement details and a release date for next-gen version of these games. However, a recent leak at PlayStation Network database hints at a launch date for Resident Evil 2, 3 and 7 may get revealed shortly.
Twitter account for PlayStation Game Size has tracked down game files for all three games over at PlayStation Store as new PS5 titles. It leads to fan-speculations that they may be launched at Capcom Showcase 2022 stream event next week.
Although they couldn't get Resident Evil 7 download size, both RE 2 and 3 are currently sized at 21.8 and 20.4 GB without update respectively. Unfortunately, there was no placeholder date of some sorts to indicate a potential launch window.
