In contrast to multiple rumors for upcoming PlayStation-exclusive action-adventure game God of War: Ragnarök by developer Santa Monica Studio being delayed to next year, a few reliable sources claim that it will still be releasing in 2022.
Earlier last week, God of War: Ragnarök producer Cory Barlog was teasing that development is complete and the game is in a playable state. More recently, a well-known industry insider has suggested at a new announcement coming soon.
A renowned insider and leaker, The Snitch recently shared a GIF featuring Kratos nodding head while holding his axe. There is also a sequence of numbers, which is "11110" and presumably is in binary code, interpreting to number 30 by fans.
Many are assuming that number 30 could be a hint to June 30, when publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment will finally announce a dedicated State of Play livestream God of War: Ragnarök, revealing gameplay footage and a release window.
In a latest Tweet, industry insider The Snitch made a cryptic tease at new announcement for GoW: Ragnarök.

God of War: Ragnarök was surprisingly absent from major showcases this month and Sony may end up announcing a State of Play event soon. Although a leak on PlayStation Store hinted at a delay, reports suggest it will come out in late 2022.
