It took over six months of patches for developer/publisher CD Projekt Red to bring 2020 action role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077 to a stable state and return to PlayStation Store in June last year after reaching to a much satisfying level.
Players have long been waiting for development update of first Cyberpunk 2077 expansion and today, CD Projekt announces a 2023 release window for upcoming story DLC at recent financial call including other production plans in 2022.

According to CDPR vice president and chief financial officer Piotr Nielubowicz, dev team is busy working on DLCs and a major CP 2077 expansion featuring a new storyline for fans who already explored open-world metropolis of Night City.
Nielubowicz also confirms that Cyberpunk 2077 has sold over 18 million copies worldwide as of April 14, 2022. Moreover, he promised to prioritize post-launch plans for CP 2077 and continue long-term support to improve over gameplay.
CDPR shares a roadmap regarding Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3 next-gen version at latest earnings call.

CD Projekt has officially revealed a new Witcher game earlier and has moved to Unreal Engine 5 instead of their proprietary REDengine. Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is getting a spin-off and offers support for The Witcher: Monster Slayer.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt next-gen upgrade has been delayed indefinitely and CDPR brought its development in-house. The Witcher franchise sale has reached over 65 million copies, including more than 40 million units of Witcher 3 game.

CD Projekt earnings call also mentioned an unannounced project on their own franchise getting developed by Boston-based newly acquired studio The Molasses Flood while they keep working on conceptual work for a new untitled project.
Cyberpunk 2077 launched to a broken state for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with a bunch of technical issues that plagued the game. Following next-gen version release for CP 2077, overall gameplay experience has been improved a lot.
