Featuring remastered versions of Batman: Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and premium edition of Arkham Knight, Batman: Arkham Collection bundle was originally launched for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One by publisher Warner Bros. Games.
Most recently, an accidental product listing of Batman: Arkham Collection for Nintendo Switch handheld console has been spotted at a French retailer outlet WTT with a price tag and launch date, which is yet to be confirmed by WB. Games.
Arkham Collection Switch version will be priced at €59.99 and currently has a release date set for August 31, 2022. WTT previously listed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for Switch before it was announced, hinting at legitimacy of recent listing.
Only game from Batman: Arkham trilogy that ever made it to Nintendo console is Arkham City for Wii U by developer Rocksteady Studios, which is an overall improvement on 2009 original game with side quests and a secondary storyline.
Video game publishers usually take down such listings almost immediately whenever they are leaked online. However, Warner Bros. Games didn't get rid of the placeholder yet and Arkham Collection for Switch is still listed on WTT website.
Rocksteady Studios is currently focusing on their upcoming action-adventure Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, starring Task Force X members Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Harley Quinn and King Shark, which is set within Arkham-verse.
