Only a month after PlayStation 5 release, a definitive version of 2019 action strand game Death Stranding was found listed in cloud gaming service Nvidia GeForce Now database in late 2021, among a few other first-party games by Sony.
Shortly after a press release leak has surfaced online lately, developer Kojima Productions and publisher 505 Games officially confirms PC version of Death Stranding: Director's Cut for spring 2022 launch via Epic Games Store and Steam.
As reported earlier, DS: Director's Cut will be incorporating AI-based upscaling technology with XeSS support on PC, which delivers a highly detailed environment and enhanced performance using machine learning for better experience.
Death Stranding base game has been quite successful among PC gaming community, amassing $27 million in revenue until December 2020. For long, players were asking about Director's Cut release on PC, which is finally coming in 2022.
Director's Cut includes additional features like haptic feedback for DualSense controller on PS5, new missions, visuals and more. You can revisit boss battles to score for online ranking and use new cargo catapult for long distance delivery.
