While working on a story with Mafia III developer Hangar 13, journalist Jason Schreier reports on an unannounced BioShock game back in 2018, which is currently in development at a secret studio named Parkside, owned by 2K Games.
A year later, 2K officially confirms working on newest BioShock game at internal Cloud Chamber studio. After another year of silence, a newly surfaced leak has reportedly revealed official title, story details and world setting for BioShock 4.
Though there is no word on whether or not new BioShock game is called BioShock 4 or will get a title like BioShock Infinite just yet, latest leak claims that upcoming game from iconic shooter franchise is likely be called BioShock Isolation.
However, such title might have been changed internally due to recent light of COVID-19 global pandemic. BioShock Isolation will have a thriving city lead by an entrepreneur and another one located in underground is ruled by a dictator.
Twitter user OopsLeaks shared story details and BioShock Isolation title for next game with a variant logo.

These two cities are at conflict with each other and are separated by a border that is known as a hot zone. All of these intriguing details came from a slideshow of developer presentation for new BioShock project, according to new leak.
An early job listing has previously confirmed that Cloud Chamber is developing new installment of BioShock using Unreal Engine 5. They also teased moving away from Columbia or Rapture to be primary setting for an all-new open-world.
OopsLeaks posted a second slide from Bioshock game pitching presentation by 2K Games in a follow-up Tweet.

Many veteran developers of Irrational Games (now Ghost Story Games) have joined team with crews who has formerly worked on games like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Mafia III, Shadow of the Tomb Raider as well as Watch Dogs: Legion.
Series fans have previously discovered a teaser website for BioShock 4 that is possibly hinting at a setting in space and given what kind of upside-down structure is shown in slides only sounds plausible if it is set in a sphere without gravity.
So far, these details align with previous BioShock games where dystopian communities ruled by fanatic leaders were torn apart by politics. One slide even references known lighthouse quote "There's always a city" from BioShock Infinite.
BioShock Isolation will reportedly be announced in Q1 2022 but people should take these leaks with a grain of salt for now. Even if true, a lot may have been changed since the slides are from 2019 and BioShock 4 is in works for years now.
