Call of Duty: Vanguard Out Now

Going back to theatres of World War II, 2021 first-person shooter Call of Duty: Vanguard from developer Sledgehammer Games and publisher Activision is out now across PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.

As a Great War rages on throughout the globe, heroes of multinational origin forms Task Force One. Lt. Arthur Kingsley takes lead of a special force that includes Lt. Lucas Riggs, Polina Petrova and Wade Jackson up against Nazi Germany.

Call of Duty: Vanguard boasts an engaging single-player campaign mode spanning over different frontlines of World War II. Untold stories of allied heroes will be explored through their point of views, ultimately forming a whole narrative.

Vanguard multiplayer will have 20 maps at launch with a global cast of Operators and new anti-cheat system for PC players. Sledgehammer will support cross-generation and cross-platform online play for everyone on consoles and PC.

Vanguard also brings back classic Zombies mode and introduces a new chapter in Dark Aether storyline, titled "Der Anfang". Special Force operatives arrive at Stalingrad, 1944, to battle back an army of undead lead by Wolfram Von List.

Nazi Zombies heads back to its roots, adding Perks, Pack-a-Punch machine and various weapon upgrades for players. Moreover, get randomized buffs by offering your precious Sacrificial Heart loot items and reward at Altar of Covenants.

Sledgehammer Games features a brand-new "Champion Hill" game mode inspired by Gunfight 2v2 experience from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, which focuses on squad-based deathmatch style of gameplay and close-quarter combat.
