Square Enix has revealed Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin release date during Tokyo Game Show 2021, second demo out now.

Revealed earlier during Square Enix Presents showcase at E3 2021 event, upcoming action role-playing game Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin by developer Team Ninja and publisher Square Enix is a spin-off title to Final Fantasy series.

Today at Tokyo Game Show 2021, Square Enix made an announcement of releasing Stranger of Paradise for Windows PC via Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S platforms worldwide on March 18, 2022.

An extended trailer for TGS 2021 has been launched, highlighting some gameplay features and new characters.

Team Ninja and Square Enix has also made available a second demo on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S for limited time until October 1, 2021. Taking feedback from last one, new trial version includes multiplayer features to play with a group of friends.

Players will assume the role of protagonist Jack Garland, a stranger with a mysterious past and an obsession to kill Chaos. He and his companions take on many challenges to restore the light of crystals for kingdom as foretold Warriors of Light.

Stranger of Paradise gameplay is focused on real-time combat and requires a lot more than just button mashing skills. Battle system is rebalanced for more rewarding experience and flexibility is added for switching between assigned job classes.

Use your Lightbringer ability when you are outnumbered and then wrap things up with a crystal powered finishing move. Newly introduced Resonance system will allow you to command an AI teammate amidst battle to help improve teamwork.
