With recent announcement of upcoming PlayStation 5-exclusive game Marvel's Wolverine by developer Insomniac Games and publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment, rumors regarding a Daredevil game are also circling around online.
Although only a brief scene of Wolverine solo game was shown earlier, some fans have already start pitching idea of casting Solid Snake voice actor David Hayter to lend voice for Logan and looks like, he too is on board with their notion.
Insomniac made a surprise reveal of their next Marvel superhero game at PlayStation Showcase that remains vague about its titular character and many thought that long-time Wolverine voice actor Steve Blum may reprise his role once again.
Meanwhile, internet fandom took social media to point out casting David Hayter in Wolverine's role would be a great idea. On board hype train, Hayter has joined the chat and admitted that he is interested in playing Logan in a video game.
Hayter is known for playing legendary spy Solid Snake of Metal Gear Solid series, which is one of his most iconic roles. Aside from voicing for video game projects, he also wrote screenplay for live-action X-Men film for 20th Century Fox.
His popularity among fan-community is so great that it allegedly caused a rift between him and series creator Hideo Kojima. When it was revealed that he has been recast for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, it led to a major backlash.
David Hayter replies to an image of Marvel's Wolverine shared on Twitter by a fan, revealing his interest.

Interacting with fans on social media, Hayter also shared how he helped setting up a scene for Hugh Jackman playing Wolverine in 2000's X-Men movie, leading more of his followers to rile up in support of his cast for Marvel's Wolverine.
Marvel's Wolverine is currently in early stage of development and has no release date yet, so it is hard to tell who will be voicing Logan. However, given David Hayter's experience with X-Men and a rough tone, he would be a perfect match.
