Call of Duty: Vanguard Reveal Trailer

Earlier this week, developer Sledgehammer Games and publisher Activision released an official teaser trailer ahead of upcoming reveal event for highly-anticipated 2021 first-person shooter Call of Duty: Vanguard on August 19, 2021.

Today, Activision and Sledgehammer Games rolls out a reveal trailer for CoD: Vanguard during a Call of Duty: Warzone event at 10:30 AM PT/1:30 PM EDT, showing its World War II-era settings and other details on social media platforms.

Newest reveal video for Call of Duty: Vanguard will feature an intense campaign mode that will explore over four major theaters of war; Eastern Front, North Africa, Pacific and Western Front as players discover origins of Special Forces.

Vanguard campaign story is likely to play out from different characters' viewpoint during events of WWII. Each of these heroes will take part in ongoing conflict from a particular battlefield and their journey will be focus for narrative bits.

A group of multinational soldiers like Sergeant Arthur Kingsley, Private Lucas Riggs, Lieutenant Polina Petrova and Wade Jackson from various backgrounds bands together and fights enemies as Task Force One, pioneer to Special Forces.

Official reveal trailer kick-starts with a vibe similar to D-Day invasion, with hundreds of soldiers parachuting down amidst dog fights. Entire coast of Pacific Islands is littered with dead bodies and broken pieces of many wrecked aircraft.

You will be able to play as an original Special Forces Operator in online multiplayer mode across 20 maps, available on launch. Sledgehammer Games introduces new Caliber system and brings back Gunsmith for weapons customization.

Moreover, a Zombies crossover experience from Treyarch studio and integration to Warzone is coming soon. A prelude to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies will continue Dark Aether storyline to expand its deeply engaging lore.

Activision will be releasing a Cross-Gen Bundle, Standard and Ultimate Edition for Vanguard on digital and retail outlets. Pre-order bonus includes Early Access for Open Beta, Weapons pack, Night Raid Mastercraft blueprint and more.

Call of Duty: Vanguard is set to arrive on November 5, 2021, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. Activision added cross-gen and cross-platform support at launch for everyone to party up and play together.
