A breakout success of 2020, PlayStation 4-exclusive action-adventure game Ghost of Tsushima from developer Sucker Punch Productions has sold over 6.5 million copies by March 2021 and won several nominations for "Game of the Year".
Some eagle-eyed fans have recently discovered that newly updated box artwork of GoT that are available at online retail outlets doesn't feature "Only on PlayStation" branding labels anymore, which possibly hints at a PC release in near future.
Latest box cover art found in Amazon listing and official PlayStation Direct store has the tagline removed. Sony previously took out "Only on PlayStation" text from Days Gone and Horizon Zero Dawn packaging ahead of their PC version release.
Players should note that Sony didn't use the same labeling on PS4 games that has a PlayStation 5 version like Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Sackboy: A Big Adventure, which could be hint to an upcoming next-gen upgrade for PS5.

More recent titles on PS5 console such Demon's Souls Remake and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart have no exclusivity branding on their final packaging, whereas games like The Last of Us Part II still showing off "Only on PlayStation" on box art.
Although it took both Days Gone and Horizon Zero Dawn several years after release before they were ported to PC platform, Hideo Kojima's highly-anticipated 2019 action strand game Death Stranding had PS4-exclusivity for less than a year.
A few users on social media site Reddit has pointed out that Sony may have moved away from "Only on PlayStation" branding since PS5 release and likely to be using a new template to tease Ghost of Tsushima getting a PlayStation 5 version.
Ghost of Tsushima has added a free online co-operative multiplayer mode titled "Legends" only few months after release. Meanwhile, Sony Pictures is currently working on a live-action movie adaptation with John Wick director Chad Stahelski.
