Despite many promises, open-world sandbox action role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077 from developer/publisher CD Projekt Red has been a broken experience for current-gen consoles but is running stably on Google Stadia and PC.
Following a week-long fiasco regarding a messy launch of Cyberpunk 2077 for last generation of consoles, Sony finally decided to remove the game from PlayStation Store and offering refunds to anyone who purchased CP2077 digitally.
Sony Interactive Entertainment came to a conclusion of entirely delisting Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Network after receiving extensive complaints about quality of CP2077 and came to offer a full refund to any unhappy customers.
Sony released a statement on social media before removal of CP2077, reassuring commitment to customer satisfaction. Searching on PlayStation Store for "Cyberpunk 2077" no longer shows the game and its product page is empty now.
Sony support account recently announced removal of CP2077 from PS Store and refund offer on Twitter.

CDPR issued a public apology shortly after launch, addressing current state of Cyberpunk 2077 while admitting console versions didn't receive similar treatment as PC version and most people bought it without knowing about that at all.
CD Projekt Red didn't provide reviewers early copies of console version on purpose, which has lead to an increased Metacritic score. They also promised full refunds for CP2077 without even talking to retail partners to make it possible.
A major platform owner like Sony removing a highly-anticipated and hyped game from store is surely an uncommon practice. Microsoft is also offering refunds for Xbox One version but has no plans to remove it from store right away.
Cyberpunk 2077 physical copies of PlayStation 4 version are still out there and whether or not they will be pulled from shelves is yet to be seen. CD Projekt executives knowingly rushed the game despite its issues and are paying for it.
