Developers of Fall Guys are planning to add cross-play feature in future while hinting at Switch and Xbox versions.
One of the surprise hits of 2020, platformer battle royale game Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout from developer Mediatonic and publisher Devolver Digital has quickly rose to prominence and currently is prepping for a second season.
Mediatonic recently reveals having plans to add cross-play feature between PC and PlayStation 4 version. Also, there are possibilities for Fall Guys to release ports for Nintendo Switch and Xbox One consoles at some point in future.

In an interview with Fall Guys themed virtual talk show Talk Guys host Kate Stark, developers talked about new accessibility modes, anti-cheat measures on PC, cross-play, custom servers, free Season Pass and official merchandise.
In her query for a possible Nintendo Switch and Xbox One ports, lead designer Joe Walsh only replies saying "Maybe one day". Though a vague statement, his response is way better than a complete denial or a straight out dodge.

When planned cross-platform play is eventually added, players on PlayStation would prefer an option to disable cross-play since majority of cheaters are from PC version and Mediatonic needs to come up with a solution that works.
