One of the classic games that paved ways for "Soulsborne" genre and inspired franchise like Dark Souls, a high-definition remake of action role-playing game Demon's Souls was announced back in June during PlayStation 5 reveal event.
A leaked rating for upcoming PS5-exclusive title spotted at South Korean ratings board site Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC) on August 13, 2020, hints at a possible release window that is set for later this year.

Demon's Souls Remake being rated South Korean board could very well mean that an official launch date will be coming soon. Only other known PS5 game that has received a similar rating so far is Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
Spider-Man: Miles Morales has already been confirmed by developer Insomniac Games to be released in holiday season this year. Games on PS4 console usually release within a few months after receiving ratings on South Korean board.

Despite all clues are pointing towards a possible launch window aligned with PlayStation 5 console release, developer Bluepoint Games and publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment has yet to reveal a definitive date for Demon's Souls.
Demon's Souls Remake was heavily rumored since last year and has likely been under active development for quite some time now, which may not be a major console seller for Sony but a notable next-gen release for PS5 player community.
