Cyberpunk 2077 to Get Free Post-Launch DLC, Like The Witcher 3
CD Projekt Red will be offering free DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 following release just like The Witcher 3.
Though initially slated for April 2020 launch, developer/publisher CD Projekt Red had to delay upcoming role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077 release date to November 19, due to restricted working conditions during COVID-19 pandemic.
In a social media response to a fan on Twitter, CDPR has recently confirmed rolling out free DLC for CP2077 aside from paid expansions following November launch, just like previous open-world CD Projekt title The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Occasionally reaching out to fans, official Twitter account for CP2077 has playfully confirmed adding free DLC after initial launch, much like third game in The Witcher series that featured a content roadmap to support its player community.
Back in April 2020, CD Projekt Red revealed plans to include paid expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 featuring story campaigns on similar scale of Blood and Wine and Hearts of Stone DLCs from acclaimed action role-playing game The Witcher 3.

Other than releasing free DLCs and expansion packs, CDPR is teaming up with publisher Dark Horse Comics to work on a comic-book series for next month titled Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team, a tie-in to expand CP2077 franchise lore.
Cyberpunk 2077 is set to arrive for Google Stadia, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X later this year. CD Projekt Red is currently very busy optimizing and polishing CP2077 to improve overall experience for everyone.
