Assassin's Creed Valhalla Release Date Leaked on Instagram
Latest Instagram post from Italian Assassin's Creed account leaked new November 2020 release date for Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
Less than a week ago, a 30 minute-long gameplay footage for upcoming Assassin's Creed Valhalla was leaked online and developer/publisher Ubisoft were quick to take them down from YouTube using its copyright system.
Thanks to a now-deleted social media post on official Instagram account for Assassin's Creed, apparent release date for AC Valhalla has been revealed to be November 17, shortly ahead of Ubisoft Forward event on July 12, 2020.

Shared on Reddit by user pipos666, a deleted Instagram post by official Italian Assassin's Creed account posted three short video clips, which clearly shows a November 17 date for Xbox One launch, adding "Also coming for Xbox Series X".
As part of their marketing campaign, rest of the footage featured brief gameplay moments with hashtag #LikeAViking. Previously, a product listing on Italian Amazon website accidently leaked October 15 to be a set release date for Valhalla.

At launch, AC Valhalla is likely to compete with highly-anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 due to close dates, which may hurt sales and it doesn't come as a surprise since Ubisoft released Odyssey two weeks before Red Dead Redemption 2.
Valhalla heading for a November release window for both current and next-gen console version doesn't mean that PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will also become available on market at that time though since first video didn't specify that.

Valhalla will be following past legacy of Assassin's Creed Origins and Odyssey by adding more role-playing elements, dialogue tree, side-quests and a revamped combat mechanic for a stealth-focused approach like past series entries.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla is latest installment from iconic action-adventure stealth game series Assassin's Creed, currently scheduled for holiday 2020 release on Google Stadia, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
