Resident Evil 3 Remake Won't Have Any DLC
Game producer Peter Fabiano confirms no future add-ons or DLC updates for Resident Evil 3 Remake.
Though a series of successful modern-day remakes, developer/publisher Capcom has managed to reignite hype and receive acclaim for Resident Evil survivor horror series, which is concluded with recent release of Resident Evil 3 Remake.
Despite its bright sides, a faction of players believed RE3 Remake is relatively short for its AAA-price tag and hoping for some future DLC, a notion that has been shot down by game producer Peter Fabiano who called it a finished project.

In an interview with Silicon Era, producer Peter Fabiano was asked whether they are working on any tweaks or updates for RE3 and his straight answer of Resident Evil 3 being a finished product means there will be no future DLC.
Most people were just happy to see Jill Valentine return and everything else Capcom offered in RE3, except for old players who thought this definitive remake lacks content in terms of Clock Tower, Grave Digger and more that were cut out.

Resident Evil 3 Remake story campaign mode was very short and there was not enough to explore. RE3 came bundled with Resident Evil: Resistance for sure but these two halves still didn't offer a complete experience for many.
Majority of old-school fans weren't actually excited to find out that RE3 Remake will not feature multiple endings and iconic Mercenaries mode from 1999 original game, which was replaced by asymmetrical multiplayer mode Resistance.

Fabiano leaves no vagueness in his answer when he shut down any possibility of add-ons or DLC for Resident Evil 3. However, Capcom can always change their plan in future and eventually come up with something new to please their fans.
Also, his comment did not mean that Resident Evil: Resistance will not be receiving further DLC updates since it's an ongoing game. Capcom recently added new mastermind character Nicholai Ginovaef from RE3 for Resistance last month.

A large part of Resident Evil community who purchased RE3 Remake on launch don't really care for Resistance and therefore, lack of support for core game is heavily disappointing considering its full price and overwhelming fan reception.
With no hopes for DLC content to improve story mode of Resident Evil 3 Remake, players can now resort to finding more hidden Easter Eggs, do speedrunning, trying different difficulty settings and modding to squeeze out more from it.
