The Last of Us Part 2 Survivor Difficulty Will Be a Brutal Experience
Naughty Dog is pushing "Survivor" difficulty for The Last of Us Part II to be an experience of violent brutality.
Despite a massive story leak earlier, developer Naughty Dog and publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment are focused to deliver an unforgettable gameplay experience through upcoming PlayStation 4-exclusive The Last of Us Part II.
Regardless of which difficulty levels are you going to take to play The Last of Us sequel, your playthrough will be tensed. If someone ends up choosing Survivor difficulty, Ellie will be forced to rely on brutal methods of survival more often.

When playing on regular difficulty levels, players will have a list of choices for taking down an enemy or avoid killing them altogether. In Survivor mode, you barely get a chance to choose whether to pick melee weapons or use firearms.
A previous gameplay demo had a statement from developer team that players are not required to kill guard dogs to make progress but "Survivor" setting most likely will force you to choose between you or a rabid canine after your life.
