Outriders: Devastator and Trickster Gameplay Showcase
In a series of videos, developer People Can Fly showcases abilities of Outriders in-game classes Devastator and Trickster.
Announced back in E3 2019, upcoming third-person shooter Outriders from developer People Can Fly and publisher Square Enix is set for a late 2020 release on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
A series of sneak peek videos of playable classes are recently posted on social media that briefly showcases their special abilities. For start, Devastator and Trickster are seen demonstrating some of their powerful attacks on enemies.

Dev team of Outriders have been busy in work and rolling out new gameplay videos featuring new footage whenever they can. Instead of premiering on YouTube, latest batch of clips flaunts particular moves of Devastator and Trickster.
In-game class Devastator unleashes a seismic attack that pulls one of the wandering rival goons from ground and pierces it with stone. It is safe to assume that there are more tricks like such under his sleeves that would live up to his name.

Having control over earth and its crust, a Devastator class can summon stone spikes to rise and stab enemies.

Two more videos were also posted on Reddit but they are meant to be used backgrounds for Zoom video conference calls. Players can download these videos to add some calm ambience of Enoch through desktop client for online meetings.
Next up, Trickster class makes a gory mark with Temporal Slice, which is a melee attack powerful enough to eliminate an unsuspecting enemy by setting it to explode into a brutal mess by splattering flesh and blood in a moment.

Being a master of manipulating temporal waves, a Trickster can cause a foe to violently burst out in pieces.

Set to be a cross-gen title, Outriders is a cover-based shooter that heavily emphasizes on co-op multiplayer and role-playing elements. Its gameplay mechanics has a progression system similar to Borderlands 3 and Destiny 2 focusing on loot.
