YouTuber ATwearkingYoshi took challenge to beat Halo 3 in "Legendary" difficulty playing with Guitar Hero controller.

In one such valiant effort, YouTuber ATwearkingYoshi has finally managed to beat full game Halo 3 on hardest difficulty setting Legendary, after dying too many times for months and using nothing but a Guitar Hero controller.

Contrary of traditional one, Guitar Hero and other controllers shaped in rock band related instruments are a challenge for players who are looking for beating a game in some of most non-conventional and ridiculous ways.
This particular method was used in past by players to complete hardcore games like Dark Souls and Dark Souls III. ATwerkingYoshi has beaten DS3 with guitar controller before and beat its final boss using just a dance pad.

Earlier this year, he even took his turn on latest From Software game Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice with Donkey Kong bongo controller, an action-adventure title that is known for being notoriously difficult for masses to complete.
It took him month-long attempts and dying 252 times in his entire gameplay walkthrough of Halo 3 campaign, which is quite understandable since he had to aiming, moving and almost all stuff with an unconventional control layout.

He posted a highlight of his entire playthrough run as GIF on Reddit from his Twitch channel Super Louis 64.

In anticipation of upcoming release of first-person shooter title Halo Infinite next year and Halo: The Master Chief Collection coming to PC platform, many players are taking a trip back to memory lane and replaying older titles lately.
