Gris Coming to PS4
Indie platform-adventure Gris will take you to an emotional journey on PS4, arriving November 26, 2019.
When indie platform-adventure game Gris came out last year for Mac, Nintendo Switch and PC, it skipped release on two major consoles. A few months back in August, the game received an iOS port launched for players on mobile.
Today, developer Nomada Studio and publisher Devolver Digital has came out announcing a PlayStation 4 version of their critically-acclaimed title, which is more than a simple port and is set to release on November 26, 2019.

Lauded by fans for its stunning visual design and fluid animation, dev team decided to do some rework to its dreamlike world before PS4 launch. To make it the best version of Gris, they almost ran over all different aspects that made it great.
In an attempt to take advantage of PlayStation 4 Pro and its 4K display, over five thousand in-game assets are refurbished rather than just upscaling them on top of a few noticeable quality of life improvements and an exclusive homage.

Its beautiful score has been put together without much compression for a cleaner audio output. Programmer Roger Mendoza of Nomada Studio hopes for their indie platformer to find an emotional connection with player community.
Gris will initially arrive at PlayStation Store for digital download and physical copies are available at Limited Run Games. Whether or not owners of Xbox One consoles will be able to enjoy this adventure in future is yet to confirm.
