EA and Respawn shows off first official gameplay demo video of upcoming Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
Kicking off their presence in E3 2019, developer Respawn Entertainment and publisher Electronic Arts dropped a much anticipated gameplay trailer for upcoming Star Wars action-adventure game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
People were concerned about its gameplay ever since the game was officially revealed months ago. Showcased today during EA Play live-stream, Fallen Order is heading towards PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms on November 15, 2019.

First ever gameplay demo footage of Jedi: Fallen Order shows Padawan Cal Kestis in action with his Force powers.

In his quest to become a Jedi, Cal Kestis reaches on Wookiee planet Kashyyyk with his Buddy Droid-1 to meet with rebel extremist Saw Gerrera (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) and takes on a mission to rescue a group of Wookiees.
Set in third-person perspective, he immediately is on his way by Force-pull a metal door and engages Imperial Stormtroopers nearby with his lightsaber. Cal can perform double-jump, use Force to push or pull enemies and objects to his will.

He pulled a Stormtrooper from his position to impale with lightsaber and then threw it like a projectile that came bouncing back like a boomerang. Cal even came across what seems as an Inquisitor, who probably served as a sub-boss character.
Apparently, lightsabers are used for couple of tricks and they are used more efficiently for melee combat. Players can unlock newer abilities through an experience system and skill tree aside from often being assisted by companion droid BD-1.

Fallen Order takes place during a dark period between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope, where any surviving Jedi were being hunt down and being killed by forces of Empire but Padawan Cal Kestis managed to escape their grasp.
EA shows off gameplay footage of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order from alpha stage of development and it clearly means that there are rooms for changes and improvements, which they would be wise to make according to fan feedback.
