Bringing change to a long-established game series is not just hard but it comes with a lot of doubt and is a huge risk for entire dev team. However, millions of PlayStation fans have embraced that newly envisioned journey with love and passion.
To show their appreciation, a dynamic PS4 theme and a set of character avatar will be made available from this Wednesday, April 17. Regardless of whether you own the game or not, these two giveaway items are free for everyone at PlayStation Store.

Last year, the game even won "Game of the Year" honor at The Game Awards 2018 and many other prominent outlets with support from an overwhelming number of fans worldwide, which doesn't come to any surprise at all though.
Santa Monica Studio has mastered the craft of storytelling in video games over past two decades and that experience is what shaped God of War to become a masterpiece reflecting their passion for art, something we look up to see in their future games too.
