Persona 5 S Rumored for Nintendo Switch
According to a recent rumor from Twitter, Atlus will be releasing Persona 5 S for Nintendo Switch and PS4 on fall 2019.
A number of rumors regarding Persona role-playing video game series start popping over the internet following the announcement of Joker from Persona 5 being included in crossover fighting game Super Smash Bros. Ultimate at The Game Awards 2018.
Fans have been long speculating about P5 to arrive on Nintendo Switch at anytime this year and in one way or another, a newly surfaced rumor from a reliable source of leaked news confirms of a new Persona game for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

Joker of P5 is also confirmed to show up in Catherine: Full Body, a remastered version of acclaimed 2011 puzzle platformer. This was followed by a surprise reveal of Persona 5 R when developer/publisher Atlus registered a domain P5R.jp.
Going by the name Mr. Ohya, the source confirms of Persona 5 S for Switch on Twitter and fanning the flame of fan expectation.
Ahead of its official reveal, P5R was leaked by the same source and shortly before posting the Tweet above, the same account also states that Atlus is considering an HD remake of Persona 3, which was originally released on PlayStation 2.
Players are to get an official confirmation of some sort before May and a scheduled release date would likely to be set for this autumn. Even though Persona 5 R is deemed to be a similar version to Person 5 S, the former is meant to launch on PS4.

Atlus has yet to confirm whether P5R is a spin-off title like Persona 4 Golden, which was a port for PlayStation Vita but it was an extended version of the PS2 title with a new character named Marie added to the story as well.
Players would have to wait a few more months until May to find out if their beloved RPG franchise is really stepping into the Nintendo next-gen handheld console and Persona 5 fans would have a blast if it really turns out to be true.
