Survival horror game Resident Evil 2 Remake from Capcom is now available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
Going through phases of wild rumors for a remake for years and then getting a confirmation from developer/publisher Capcom three years before the official reveal, Resident Evil 2 Remake is finally out today for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One worldwide.
An epic retelling of the original survival horror classic from 1998, RE2 Remake was built from scratch with RE Engine that created Resident Evil 7 and used over-the-shoulder third-person gameplay mechanics similar to Resident Evil 4.

Ever since the official reveal trailer was dropped back at PlayStation's E3 2018 press conference, fans are eager for the title to get their hands on it and sink their teeth into an immersive re-experience with realistic visuals.
The game appeals to both seasoned RE veterans from the late 90's to modern day horror game fans or normies used with playing recent titles from the series united under one flagship to survive the horrors of Raccoon City with overwhelming intensity.

Beloved series protagonists Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield are stepping into a deadly virus infested Raccoon City once again with no hope for escape and death lurking in every corner in form of deadly and vicious monsters to tear them apart.
There is G-Virus infected former Umbrella scientist William Birkin and Mr. X, a persistent Tyrant bio-weapon chasing you. Leon and Claire are to investigate deadly outbreak of T-Virus while coming across mysterious Ada Wong, Annette and Sherry Birkin.

Capcom also included fan-favorite Umbrella special agent HUNK for "The 4th Survivor" and life-sized Tofu for "The Tofu Survivor" for two bonus modes. Both characters are completely reinvented for the remake to stay faithful to the classic.
Players can explore alternate scenario as outbreak victims as gun shop owner Robert Kendo, Mayor Michael Warren's daughter Katherine or an unnamed Umbrella Security Service member, in post-launch content "Ghost Survivors Mode".
