The Joker and Harley Quinn Coming to PUBG
The Joker and Harley Quinn escaped Belle Reve Penitentiary for a Suicide Squad crossover event in PUBG.
Battle Royale genre of games already had enough competitors like Fortnite, Free Fire and H1Z1 to give PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds a run for their money before Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 came out introducing the Blackout mode.
To stay relevant to players these days, PUBG has decided to do a crossover event (or what everyone else thought) with 2016's superhero movie Suicide Squad to generate some hype for the game but it turns out that they were only intending to release new skins.

To be very specific, only the skin of The Joker and Harley Quinn are going to be available and the trailer below showcases how things are going to be.

Although The Joker skin doesn't look anything close to how Jared Leto portrayed the character in Suicide Squad movie except for his garb. His face is just covered with white paint and he is not even sporting his evil grin on his face. In all honesty, it looks horrible.
Harley Quinn doesn't look anything like Margot Robbie either but her resemblance is close enough to the original counterpart compared to her better half. The baseball bat she carries around o her back may serve as a weapon akin to the infamous pan though.

PUBG Corp. didn't go into revealing further detail aside from the announcement trailer on how or if this exclusive appearance of the Clown Prince of Crime and his crazy girlfriend is going to impact the game anyhow.
Back in May 2018, their rival company Epic Games did a limited time Infinity Gauntlet mashup in Fortnite following the release of Avengers: Infinity War movie. Not only PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds joined the party late, all they got for now is two DC villains. Tough luck indeed!
