MediEvil PS4 Announcement Trailer
The unlikely hero of Gallowmere returns this Halloween with the first trailer for MediEvil remake on PS4.
When the initial announcement was made for classic action-adventure hack and slash game MediEvil to come back as a remake at last year at PlayStation Experience, it just blown away the fans of the series and made many '90s kids excited as hell.
After two long decade, SIE Worldwide Studios is bringing the game back to PlayStation 4 with lot of memories. The official PS4 announce trailer for MediEvil has picked the night of Halloween 2018 and they couldn't have chosen any better time than this.

Though the game was originally pitched as a remaster project but then we noticed most recently that the description has been changed to a full remake and boy, you can tell by the trailer footage that how much work they have put in to rebuild the whole thing.
The graphics of the game is completely reworked in terms of animations, character design, movements and surrounding areas. What once was a collective mess of polygonal shapes running around has come out as freshly carved out living pieces.

For those who don't know, MediEvil follows the story of Sir Daniel Fortesque or better known as Sir Dan, who was a champion of his people but unfortunately he died quickly in a battle against evil wizard named Zarok, who went into hiding afterwards.
When Zarok resurfaced a century later to take over the kingdom of Gallowmere with his resurrected army of undeads, he unwittingly revives Dan as well. Now, reduced to a skeletal corpse, Sir Dan takes the chance at redemption by opposing the evil sorcerer.

The formula of re-releasing of classic titles from fan-favorite series like Crash Bandicoot as Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, collecting the first three games has met with immense success and prompt Spyro the Dragon to be branded as Spyro Reignited Trilogy, currently in bound for PS4 and Xbox One on November 13.
We are pretty sure that this remake will do great upon release and hopefully the developers and publishers will be convinced enough to do the same treatment with its sequel, MediEvil 2 up next if they haven't thought of it already.
