One thing these two titles have in common is that both of them have an upcoming sequel waiting for an official release date. Among the two titles, Doom went on to become one of the greatest shooter that become a Game of the Year in 2016 according to many reviewer and definitely deserved another installment.
However, the ending of Rage may have upset an awful lot of players probably because the developers didn't originally intended to release another installment and many people were actually surprised knowing it is getting a sequel. Now they can probably get their answers or maybe not.

DOOM
In to draw energy from Hell, UAC facility have unwittingly unleashed the gates of a dimension that releases a swarm of demonic forces upon them and it is up to a veteran space marine known as Doom Slayer to mow down every enemy down his path.
He is found imprisoned inside a sarcophagus by the demons for wrecking havoc on Hell and now he is back in action once again. This version of the game from 2016 is a re-imagination of the classic game that rebooted the franchise.

Rage
In a time when an asteroid has laid waste of Earth and game's lead character, a soldier named Nicholas Raine wakes up from a cryosleep to discover himself in a world of chaos, which no longer knew order. Players will go out in various quests, upgrade their vehicle to drive them in a Mad Max-esque wasteland.
They will often engage in gunfight with the oppressive gang of The Authority for the sake of his own survival. Since the game was a passion project for the developers, we believe it is worth your time to give it a shot and see how things went up in the end before it rises from the ashes once again.
