Dark Souls 3 Mod Adds Yhorm the Giant
Forces of Annihilation mod for Dark Souls 3 let you stomp the Kingdom of Lothric as Yhorm the Giant.
Ever wondered how fun experience it would be to play as a boss character in notoriously tough action role-playing game Dark Souls III of developer From Software? Well, you can simply do that with newly released Forces of Annihilation mod.
Currently available on Nexusmods website, this free to download mod allows players to assume role of dreaded boss characters or various other enemies from DS3 that they have faced before on PC platform, courtesy of team Datahacks.

To give you slight idea of how it plays out, a short demo of the Forces of Annihilation is rolled out lately.

Forces of Annihilation features Lords of Cinder boss, Yhorm the Giant and shows how tables are turned when he is controlled by a player instead of AI. He gets up from large throne room to go outside laying waste to the Jailer Handmaids with ease.
He decimates fire-breathing Gargoyles with minimum effort and there is a sense of satisfaction playing as Yhorm. Whereas you had to strategize your moves to deal damage to him, you can now just swing his gigantic machete as you wish.

Yhorm then quickly moves toward another passage to deal with more Handmaid enemies by unleashing the fury of his merciless blade. Away from those halls, he heads over to the bridge and slays another Gargoyle like it was nothing.
Having an extended health bar for playing a boss character is satisfying and watching him weirdly climbing up a ladder was really funny. A great deal of speed has been traded for brute strength, which is of course by original design of the character.

If you require assistance installing the mod, there is a three part video tutorial playlist on YouTube that walks you through whole process of adding it to the game, to play as bosses and their movesets along with camera control.
