The success of the original Xbox 360 title State of Decay made the fans eagerly waiting for more and the sequel of this survival horror game, State of Decay 2 was announced by Microsoft at E3 2016. Last week, the release date for this upcoming game is revealed to be May 22, 2018 and in almost less than a week, we learned that the game will not feature micro-transactions of any sort. Recently, a Collector’s Edition has just been announced for the game.

State of Decay 2 Collector’s Edition is a showcase of gory stuffs, perfectly reminiscent to a post-apocalyptic theme that is the core of the series. It includes an exclusive SteelBook case, a human brain-shaped stand for the SteelBook case, a full-latex zombie mask, a 4GB USB drive that is shaped like a severed thumb and a game patch. For $69.99 only, you will get all the goodies shown above except for a copy of the game.

Since the game is relatively cheap than any other AAA titles in the market, spending $69.99 can make you a proud owner of all the undead themed cool merchandise that comes with the State of Decay 2 Collector’s Edition. However, you will still lack the base game to play though. On that case, you will either have to purchase State of Decay 2 Standard Edition or Ultimate Edition to enjoy the game.
