Catherine: Full Body Announced for PlayStation 4
Developer studio Atlus, who are also responsible for the Persona series, made a puzzle adventure platformer back in 2011 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 based on supernatural elements that became quite a hit. We are talking about relationship-drama centric video game Catherine and recently, Atlus have announced to remake the game anew as Catherine: Full Body for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. It will be published by Atlus' Studio Zero Team and new contents would be added to the title.
Catherine: Full Body will bring back Vincent Brooks once again, who is having some commitment issues and is caught up with a beautiful woman named Catherine, while he is already in a relationship with Katherine McBride. Now, Vincent struggles in between day and night when he finds himself trapped in a nightmarish hell that constantly tries to kill him. He has to climb his way up to tower puzzles set in the dream dimension to survive and must choose between Catherine or Katherine.

Instead of choosing "Remastered" or "Remake" to the title, the developers decided to go with the subtitle Full Body because of two reasons. First of all, they are bringing more contents within the original title and it's like a full-bodied wine for the ones who already played the game. So, it only makes sense if you put it that way. Plus, it also sounds more sexually stimulating, meaning they are probably going to add up more X-rated ingredients in the game this time.
Catherine: Full Body will most possibly introduce a third "Catherine" to add some more twist in the mix and make things more twisted for Vincent. The background visuals and sound design has been re-worked to terrify Vincent's nightmare more than it already is. Besides, there will be competitive and cooperative multiplayer modes in Catherine: Full Body. So far, these are reason enough to try out the game this time if you haven't the first time.
